All neon signs and accessories sold by Zanvis Neon are custom-made and manufactured only after receiving your order. Orders are non-refundable due to their custom nature. Please review our Refund & Warranty Policy before ordering. You are responsible for providing accurate order details including name, address, and payment information.

Order Acceptance:

• Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Payment

• All payments must be completed via our accepted payment methods.
• Prices are displayed on our website and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines and methods are described in our Shipping Policy.
• Zanvis Neon is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
• International customers are responsible for customs fees, tariffs, and taxes.
• Claims for damages or lost items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Warranty & Damages

• We offer a limited 12–24 month warranty on our products (see Refund & Warranty Policy for details).
• Warranty coverage excludes misuse, accidents, external damage, and certain accessory parts.
• To make a claim, contact support@zanvis.com with supporting photos or videos.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zanvis Neon website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is owned or licensed by Zanvis Neon. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
