All ZANVIS NEON signs are manufactured directly after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Here is our meticulous step-by-step creation flow:

Stage 2: Handcrafted Manufacturing

2 – 3 Business Days

Master artisans shape the high-grade LED neon flex tubing and precisely mount it onto your custom selected backing.

Stage 3: Premium Quality Control Testing

1 – 2 Business Days

Every sign undergoes rigorous stress and voltage testing to guarantee luminous balance, durability, and safety standards.

Stage 4: Custom Heavy-Duty Packaging

Signs are securely fitted inside protective honeycomb foam and extra-rigid outer boxing to ensure transit safety.

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days with photos of the item and box. Once verified, we will arrange a prioritize repair or replacement build immediately.
