Okay, so, lots to say here. First, they were incredibly responsive with my custom order, sent me a mock-up/draft of what it would look like for approval before i ordered, and exceeded their lead time for production and delivery. In addition, when it arrived, it was packaged EXTREMELY well, and when we plugged it in, it operated flawlessly. Just truly super easy to work with and incredibly pleased with the end product.
