Shipping policy

All Neon Sign products are custom-crafted and only manufactured upon receiving your order. We kindly request your acceptance of a delivery timeline of 2-4 weeks for Free Shipping, and under 2 weeks for Expedited Priority Service. If you need your order urgently, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us to arrange appropriate shipping service.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If your order has any other changes, the delivery time will be later than expected corresponding to the number of days waiting for order adjustment.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Zanvis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.


Damages and Lost

Zanvis is not liable for any products that are lost or stolen once the package has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Zanvis will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and organize a replacement if the damage occurred during transit. To facilitate this process, please provide images of the damaged product, the broken packaging, and evidence of when the package was opened.

Please be aware that Zanvis cannot assume responsibility for products reported damaged after the 7-day period due to the constraints of filing a timely claim with the shipping company.

Ensure that you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. When the replacement product is delivered, the shipping personnel will collect the original package.
